This portfolio contains several BEFORE & AFTER shots of a home that needed updating & neutralizing to get it ready for sale.
Roma’s focus was primarily on:
- Updating the home with modern elements including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & recessed lighting.
- Neutralizing the space by changing the previous blue & pink theme to a softer beige theme while also decluttering & depersonalizing the home.
- Removing outdated window treatments, wallpaper, lighting fixtures, & carpeting.
