This portfolio contains several shots of a staging project in South Tampa. This project is connected to our “Cottage Lot Double Transformation” project. Sellers listed this house with the plan to build a multi-generational home on the mother’s cottage lot as shown in that portfolio item.
Roma’s focus was primarily on:
- Neutralizing and brightening the color scheme to appeal to a variety of potential buyers.
- Editing the amount of furniture and accessories so the floor plan itself is what stands out and allows buyers to picture their personal items in the house.
- This house went under contract just 3 days after Romarooms completed staging!
